peachboy
Hi, I have a finished orchestral project which currently plays at a moderate uniform tempo. I'm looking at now applying some subtle post-production tempo changes so that the piece feels more expressive and organic, rather than the un-natural unexpressive feel of a fixed clock. Ideally, the way I'd like to to this is to somehow adjust and record the tempo on the fly, possibly connected via MIDI CC to a rotary encoder on my controller, so that I can effectively act as a "conductor", playing (recording) through the track, speeding up and slowing down as necessary. Is this possible?
