Shane Collins
Is there a way in logic's Piano Roll where you can have certain notes highlighted, i mean across the grid. This is handy for building chords, so if i choose every note of a certain scale the notes/grid is highlighted making it easier to build chords. You can do this in Fruity Loops, i was just wondering can you do something similar in Logic?

Shane Collins
Click on a key on the keyboard to the left of the piano roll window. Yes i see that but what i mean is for the grid to stay highlighted, so i click on each key of a scale and select some option to keep them key/grids highlighted all the time. Thats what i mean
Rev. Juda Sleaze
Oh, you mean you want the grid to light up?
Shane Collins
Oh, you mean you want the grid to light up? yea sorry thats it, basically whatever notes i select on the piano roll (C Major Scale for example) the grid for the corresponding notes will light up, and im wondering if there is an option to keep them lit up, so i can go about building chords with ease.
