amoscochran
Hi all, Set up- Guitar clean->MOTU Audio Express->firewire 800. This set up has been solid for about a year now with no problems. Something is going on today. When I record my guitar along with the track everything sounds fine. When I stop and play the track the audio has moved forward and is off by a 16th note or so. I know I can move it back no problem but it is a bit of a time killer. Any idea why this is happening? Have I changed a setting somewhere along the way?? Thanks Amos
Jordi Torres
Check your recording delay preference. It should be set to zero unless the audio interface's driver is not reporting latency correctly. Also, please add your Logic version and system info to your signature as per forum rules: Forum Rules - please READ THIS before posting (#5) Thanks, J. amoscochran
I went to setting, recording, but did not see anything about delay preferences. Might it be "count in" that was set to one bar. Ill change it to None and see if it helps. Thanks!
Jordi Torres
I went to setting, recording I said to check the recording delay preference. It's in preferences > Audio > Devices > Core Audio. Once again, please add your Logic version and system info to your signature: Forum Rules - please READ THIS before posting (#5) J.
