David Nahmani
I'll also add that for whatever reason alignment guides keeps turning back on. I haven't figured out why. Are you working with locked screensets?
ianross
I haven't used, made or locked any screen sets no. I don't think that's why alignment grid is turning back on occasionally, wish it was though.
David Nahmani
You're always using a screenset, wether you know it or not. The screenset number you're in is in your main menu at the top of your screen, between the Window and Help menus. If it has a "•" in front of the number then the screenset is locked. If that's not it then I can't think of anything. I've heard about the issue several time but have never experienced it myself.
Mickoolz
I've just recently been having problems with snapping regions to the beat when copying via the option key and clicking and draging. I have found that if you hold option and control while you click and drag a region then it snaps the region to the absolute value/ beat. Still doesn't work with multiple regions though. In saying that I do like the quantise function in the new list editor, really handy.
roblogic
Setting alignment guides off definitely helps but sometimes they turn on automatically again, so it´s good to check regularly. Whenever I move an audio region I always have the event list open so I can check the position. I hope Apple addresses soon these major bug... David Nahmani
sometimes they turn on automatically again. They turn on automatically when closing the track inspector. Apple is aware of this issue.
