logical
I actually had this happen once before, and somehow I figured out how to fix it. But its been several months since I needed Logic, and now I am stuck. I am pretty sure its my Waves Gold . It launches and hangs during the Checking Plugins time. Then spins until error pops up saying NetShell not connected. My system: Mac G5 dual 2.0. Logic 6.4.3 Waves v5 gold native, MOTU 2408 III, Peak 5.. I tried deleting the .plist , which did not help. Also repaired Permissions, no change. Please help. Oh, I was able to launch it by holding Control key down and not loading the Audio Driver. Justin-Ch
Remove Waves Gold from your plug-ins folder & see if Logic then launches alright. However I'm not sure what you then need to do to get Waves to work for you if it is causing the problem.
logical
Yes, when I remove the 2 WaveShell for Waves Gold, Logic boots up fine, but then I don't have my Gold Plugins I paid $900 for. Any ideas?? I ve searched on Waves site, nothing there. Any Ideas?
