third party apple loops won't appear in loop browser

I'm configuring a new MAC and dropped a bunch of apple loops into

 

the apple loops folder in my Library. problem is I cant get them to be indexed in logic in the loop browser , it won't "see" them. Any thoughts?

instead of dropping them into the loops folder, drop them into the loops browser inside logic.
