jaz
Hi, I'm new in the Logic world. In fact I haven't even begun. I own an ibook G3 and Logic Pro 7.1. I'm going to buy a macbook and would like to know if I'm going to have a problem installing 7.1 on it. I want to also buy the 7.2 upgrade which I believe is compatible with the macbook. Do you forsee any compatibility problems! Your feedback is greatly appreciated. jaz
Colinc
7.1 is NOT universal binary, and i can't imagine the installer will even let you attempt to instal it on the Intel machines. upgrading to 7.2 is really your only option for an Intel machine (and don't forget all your 3rd party plug ins will need upgrading... hooray Intel!) HeikoBritz
Hi, 7.1 will run under Rosetta( a ppc to intel-code emulation) on the macbook. It will not run very good and fast, but it will run. Better to upgrade to 7.2. Cheers
