David Nahmani Posted May 18, 2007 Share Posted May 18, 2007 DNA Groove templates are quantize grooves that you can purchase. Basically they allow you to quantize MIDI regions/events to a specific groove rather than the strict grid. You can make your own groove templates, using any MIDI or Audio file, or you can purchase DNA templates. David Nahmani Posted May 18, 2007 Share Posted May 18, 2007 They are saved with the song file, so you could save a bunch of them in a template, or drag and drop the MIDI regions in the songs you want to use those grooves in, and choose Option > Groove Templates > Make Groove Template. editbrain Posted May 18, 2007 Share Posted May 18, 2007 to add to david's posts. the way i put them into templates (autoload song) is to add them to a folder. then you can hide the folder track in the arrange, but they still show in the quantize menu.
