SAM-SoundandMusic
Hello, I'm new on this forum but have some questions about Logic 7.2 pro. At the moment I'm still working with Logic platinum 5.5 on pc but I want to swap to mac. The main reason I want to swap is that I only can bounce realtime in 5.5 and that's very time consuming on large projects when I only have to change little things. In Logic 7, I've read, you can bounce offline. so what I would like to know before I switch to mac: 1 - Automation, fades and plugin fx can be bounced offline? 2 - Instrument tracks like (esx24 but also 3rd party) can be bounced offline? 3 - frozen tracks can be bounced? Thanks in advance, Jeroen, SAM-SoundandMusic The Netherlands
David Nahmani
Yes, in theory at least you can bounce all of those offline. Usually it works just fine, but in some cases, some users have found that the offline bounce will give unexpected results: http://www.logicprohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=10669
SAM-SoundandMusic
That is a fast reply http://www.logicprohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=10669 Do a lot of users have this kind of problems or is it rare? When you have to check every bounced mix it's still time consuming.
