Logic Express buggy?

I just started investigating the world of Logic (coming from DP). I tried opening several things I did in garageband, in the Logic 7 Express trial and it said they were not Logic files and couldn't read them. I chose the Garageband option. What gives??

Never had that problem - might be due to it being a trial version.
