convert .exs to .sf2

I used to have all sorts of soundfonts I'd use in reason's NNXT sampler but when I got logic I had them converted to .exs. Now the original .sf2 files are missing and I can't use .exs in reason and I need to use my old soundfonts in reason. Can someone please tell me how to get my .exs to .sf2 format?

Where did you get the soundfonts from in the first place?

I don't think it is a simple sample conversion process because they are a digital model of a sound rather than a digital recording. (Am I right about that bit?)

No, not really. That's not what I'm getting at.I just want my old soundfont files back. Once I dragged them into the logic folder they were converted to exs samples and now I can't use exs in reason, I need to get these exs sample file sback to sound font. Surely there's some process to convert them? Anyone know the answer? David?
