Jope Posted June 12, 2007 Share Posted June 12, 2007 If speech and music are on separate tracks, ducking can be accomplished by a compressor on the music track with sidechain input from the speech track. The speech signal will then reduce the gain for the music throughput. See plugin reference p.18 or search for "sidechain compression".
