  1. No, there are no such key commands to adjust the value of an automation node. You have to do it either by dragging the value manually or entering a value numerically in the Automation Event List. The following topics may help?
  2. In that project, you've selected the Bus 2 however the Ultrabeat outputs are not the same as in the original project you had shared! Take the original project you had shared and select Bus 2 in the side chain pop-up menu of the Compressor, don't change anything else, and it will work, as I showed on the animated screen capture I shared earlier.
  3. Ok then exactly which kick drum do you want to use to trigger the compressor's side chain? Because you had a channel selected that wasn't playing any kick drums, I just guessed as to which kick drum you wanted to use. You basically have to select the correct kick drum in the side chain pop-up menu. Oh I think I get it.. you want the Ultrabeat kick to trigger the side chain? Then indeed you need to select Bus 2 in the side chain pop-up menu.
  4. I'm not sure where you're copy/pasted the region or where you're playing back. If I copy your Drummer region to bar 5 and play from bar 5 then the Compressor is triggered as expected. If you feel like you now have it set up right and it's still not working, share the new project and I'll have a look.
  5. As long as the loop length is set correctly in the Cell inspector, then the loop plays 4 bars:
  6. Slowed down by how much? Or tuned down by how many semi-tones? I'm trying to figure out if this is a sample rate mismatch issue.
  7. Good to hear you found a fix. Sometimes I've noticed that Logic can get confused in its plug-in delay handling when I start turning plug-ins on and off during playback, or when Logic is left idle for a while. In these cases, restarting Logic typically fixes the glitch.
  8. How do you listen to the bounced audio file?
  9. Because that track (Trap Door) doesn't have regions triggering the instruments before bar 17.
  10. Yes, it works here. Start playback from bar 17.
  11. You've set your side chain menu to Kick 1 - Trap Door (Inst 2) but that kick is not playing. Set the side chain to Inst > Kick 2 - Trap Door (Inst 3) instead.
  12. There are many selection options under Edit > Select > ... The one you may be interested in is Select Same Subposition. Not exactly what you're requesting but it may work for you. Not exactly, no.
  13. Yes, it's a known issue that you will experience unexpected behavior including possible Logic project file corruption when you open two or more projects at the same time in Logic, so it's considered a big no-no (it is still a bit of a mystery why Apple still allows the user to do this considering it's quite dangerous).
  14. It's not that simple because if a normal window is selected, then Shift + Y closes only the top window, but if a plug-in window is selected, then Shift + Y closes all plug-in windows.
