stefanoy
When I anchor some text to the center of the bottom margin in page 1 of the score editor, it automatically adds the same text at the same position on page 2 of the score. That's fine, but the problem is that when I use the camera tool and save to pdf, the text on page 2 all of a sudden gets shifted to the right for no apparent reason. I expected more-or-less WYSIWYG from the camera tool, but that doesn't seem to be the case: Haven't figured out a workaround for this yet. volovicg
confirmed...... You can just print to pdf ( or print to pdf and open in preview) and it works fine.

I am curious as to why the OP... or anyone - would need the camera tool? What function does it serve that a Screenshot couldnt cover? Thanks, print to pdf is not an option in my print menu. I don't print from Logic often, but perhaps it's worth setting that up. The camera tool gives me a clean capture with no score margins or green playhead, just the music.
volovicg
Has to be - built into OS X (Bottom left of the print dialogue box) The camera tool is there now only for legacy purposes - it was put in the product over 20 years ago. It is old technology and was ridden with issues back then. It is almost never used now.
stefanoy
Has to be - built into OS X (Bottom left of the print dialogue box) The print command was taking me to Page Setup instead of the print dialog (which is weird behavior), just as described in this post: viewtopic.php?t=136957 Now I see the print-to-PDF options, thanks.
