TimeForMusic
I am creating audio presets for all of my Kontakt and PLAY libraries. It's a lot. However, I am concerned that, should I move to a new machine or have to relocate the libraries, the audio presets I've created will be broken. I am wondering if there is a workaround or shortcut to this... it would be daunting to create more presets knowing they will only work on my current configuration. Any insight to how this works would be appreciated?
Atlas007
I would believe that the NI instruments' presets (the proprietary Kontakt presets) has to be copied as well as the AUpresets, each to their (discrete) appropriate locations though. Eriksimon
If you load a preset that was saved with the library in a different location, you'll get a dialog asking to search or locate the samples. I then do this: ...and after everything loads, I do this: ...now the preset is resaved with the new location of the samples, and will load immediately the next time you choose that preset.
