Paste MIDI notes information as text

By accident I discovered that if you select MIDI notes on the piano roll, hit COPY and then go to a text edit such as Text Edit and paste, you get something like this:

        1  1  2  193     Note         1         C♯3           48            0  0  1    48
        1  1  3      1     Note         1         G♯2          102            0  0  1      0
        1  1  3      1     Note         1         F♯3           69            0  0  1  175
        1  1  3      1     Note         1         A♯3          102            0  0  3  200

Don't know if this is useful for anyone and if this is even new to anyone? I just thought it was something new that maybe some of you could find useful for some reason

Thanx for sharing!

On the same theme, all the items listed in Event List editors can be copied from and pasted in other apps such as Notes TextEdit, Numbers, Pages, Excel etc...

Oh I didn't know that.

I mean, this kind of operation is not something I have ever needed for my workflow, but it's always good to know that these are there. Thanks ;)
