rickenbacker360
Root level of project file has files which should reside in the "Audio Files" folder. Background: Copied several (60) files from a flash drive into the "Audio Files" folder. Then, from that folder dragged into Logic track window. Next, edited length of resulting regions for proper alignment to existing grid. All works just fine. However, when I look at the finder directory structure, I now have the same files in TWO places: "Audio Files" and the root directory of the project folder. There were 60 files originally placed into "Audio Files" but only 20 were dragged in. Now there are 66 files in root directory as well as all the originals in "Audio files" It's very cluttered. When I look at the "assets" area for the 10 resulting tracks (from ProTools, there were Left and Right versions of the 20 files to produce 10 stereo tracks in Logic) I see something like 6_7 listed references for each of the 10 tracks. This may be unrelated to my problem. Anyone have exact instructions to clean up my mess? Thanks, all!
