Do you need the eq to be inside of Logic?

If third party freeware is an option the TDR Nova is a great contender.

Cool. Thanks for the recommendation @Assessor. And welcome to Logic Pro Help ! 😄

I'm adding that plug-in to our list of freeware plug-ins

Well, more convenient if it is inside of Logic. The info says plugin, so I assume it is accessible from within Logic (?) It looks like NOVA is free (?)

Thanks for the welcoming words!

But I’m a little confused because I’ve been around since 2006😀

Well, better late than never! 🤣

Now I'm the one who's confused. I believe what confused me is the "1" next to your checkmark, I thought this was your first post. 😉

Yes, it's a free 3rd party plug-in that you run in Logic as you would any of its own plug-ins. I just downloaded it and it took mere seconds to install.

Seconding the recommendation for Nova. It's actually my primary digital mastering EQ these days. (I use the paid GE version, but used the free version for months beforehand.)

It is relatively processor-heavy but certainly does the trick.
