zestyOrange
Mac M2 Studio | Ventura 13.5 | Logic 10.7.9 | Native Mode EXAMPLE VIDEO : Some input boxes within plugins cannot receive text - Logic 'grabs' keypresses even though the plugin input boxes have the flashing cursor inside of them and have focus (mouse-clicks are unaffected & function as expected) I've experienced it twice today while registering multiple plugins (while in the process of doing a clean installation of everything -once with a Cherry Audio plugin & once with Kontakt 7). A restart of Logic fixed the first issue but not the second. Running in Rosetta Mode seems to have 'fixed' in the issue with Kontakt. Sounds similar to what's being reported here by @Mavros EDIT: Known bug since 2022 FFS Edited July 31, 2023 by zestyOrange extra info
airforceguitar
I’m happy to know that it’s a KNOWN bug. I always assume that it’s my system. 🤣
Richard Herczeg
It's a random and a major bug. Especially if you hit the delete key thinking you are clearing a text field but instead delete everything that is selected in the Logic Pro project. A seriously major bug!

Weirdly it wasn't an issue for me at all on the previous machine, but it is on this one - so much so that I'm practically forced into remaining in Rosetta mode. The only thing I can suggest is for anyone experiencing it to take a moment to report it here if they haven't already.
