Artis Boriss Posted August 12, 2023 Share Posted August 12, 2023 (edited) Hello all, I have stumbled across the problem with Logic, but I haven't found solution yet. Basically when I want to load something from preset library bar (on the left), logic show's me this error. ( The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -50.). I also have this problem with softube plugins sometimes when loading the presets. Could somebody help with that? I am on M1 Max chip, and 10.7.8 logic version. What is the story of that Mac, did you make a fresh install of Logic Pro 10.7.8 and its library when you got the Mac or was this an update from prior versions? Solution David Nahmani Posted August 12, 2023 Solution Share Posted August 12, 2023 Is the issue when loading anything from the Library? Factory plug-in presets, patches, user presets, patches, 3rd party presets...? It's very odd that you would have that error with a factory install on the internal drive, I can't explain it. If you have it with all sort of factory settings and patches then I would try to reinstall the sound library (Logic Pro > Sound Library > Reinstall Sound Library).
