thirdspace
Hey folks - has anyone come across anything that can be added to Logic Pro that functions in a similar way to Montreal Assembly's Count to 5 pedal? Especially if it's got the same minimal number of controls and generative capabilities. Thanks in advance..
Atlas007
For mangling sound, Logic has a slew of plugins to explore individually and in various combinations. Plugin that resemble a little I think could be found in the multi fx category.

Yep MultiFX/StepFX, and Pedalboard if looking for something more "all-in-one"...and BeatBreaker is also handly for something "mangly"....along with the Amp sims. As @Atlas007 mentioned, there are many other FX available in other categories that can be set up in any possible way (and chains can be saved as a channel strip setting or channel strip and entire bus routing).
David Nahmani
Beat Breaker (actually the first listed under the multi effects category) also comes to mind with its ability to slice a piece of audio and slow down, bend, repeat etc... the individual slices.
