gspotrecords
Hi folks, Grateful for the bug fixes in 10.8.1, but there's a new one (at least on my machine, M2 running Ventura 13.6.1). I input a midi performance, it records the velocities correctly, but if I want to go in and change them via the velocity tool, only some of the notes will change as expected. Some will not budge at all, others may allow me to only increase velocity. Note length and/or recorded velocity seem to have no bearing on whether they will be 'locked' or not. If I process the notes using the Fixed Velocity in Midi Transform, then I am able to subsequently drag them up or down. Since that worked, I tried a workaround of processing the entire track with Velocity Limiter to see if that might unlock the pesky locked notes, but no. That seems to have no effect. Anyone else seen this and have an idea of how to fix it? Thanks.
Atlas007
Just curious, does that happen in Rosetta mode? Edited December 9, 2023 by Atlas007
