Grandad
I have had a ton of bugs since updating to 10.8, mostly in Flex Time usage. However, this is a new one! I recorded a Liverpool Bass instrument track weeks ago. It's never had any playback problems. Over the weekend, it started causing serious DAW distortion. The volume level hasn't been changed from the Sampler's, and is not anywhere near clipping. The DAW distortion starts and stops randomly. I have tried removing all plugins, importing track to a new Project, copy it to a new, empty software instrument track, restarting, etc. etc. Anybody got any ideas?? Thanks in advance 🙂
Solution Atlas007 Posted March 11 Solution Share Posted March 11 (edited) Wild guess, have you tried increasing your I/O buffers? Ifnot, I would try that. Besides, have you changed (upgraded) your macOS? If applicable, have you tried running Logic in Rosetta mode? Grandad
Feeling incredibly foolish that, yeah, I was messing with my buffer settings and never changed them back. Thanks for the quick reply and the easy fix ahahaha!!!
