It should have read: On mine I do (Command Shift 4) and rubber band select an area. Then I locate the 'Picture 1' file on my desktop and double-click it to open it in 'Preview'. In Preview, I press Command-Shift-E to export the file as a .jpg. When posting on LPH, click 'Add an Attachment'. Then 'Choose File' (then find and select your .jpg). Then 'Add Attachment', and wait for the upload to happen. Once your browser is done, click 'submit' to post your post and its attachment.
