matchewy
1.) Distortion Plug-in chain looks like this: Gain -> Adaptive Limiter -> Gain Use the first gain plug to drive the living $%^# out of the adaptive limiter and use the second gain to compensate. Sweet sweet distortion. 2.) Want to add a little bit of Air to that guitar, vocal, or synth but don't have a good 'character' eq? Load up the AutoFilter and make sure its input and output distortion are at 0dB. Also make sure the Env and LFO parts are shut off. Here's the butter: Set the cutoff filter type to LP, turn fatness all the way up, and set the cutoff to 100%. Use the resonance to adjust the gain of the highs. 2%-8% is all you need.
