lewisinkpress
Hello - I am wondering if there is any way to save a user patch with the delay settings already set -- I have tried, but have not been successful. Thanks!
des99
By "delay settings", do you mean the delay setting in the region parameters? Region parameters apply to a region, not a patch/sound/channel, so no, region settings would not be saved in a Patch. I'm not sure offhand about the track object delay setting without going to check the behaviour, I'd expect probably the same...
lewisinkpress
Thanks for the quick response -- I was talking bout the delay setting in the Track parameters - below vol limit and about No Transponse - sounds like the answer will still be no... Atlas007
Not presently at the studio to verify same, but I wonder if, as a workaround, importing data from another project could circumvent that limitation? That hypothetical approach would of course imply creating/maintaining a project bank for same…

David Nahmani
All you can do is use the official channel: https://www.apple.com/feedback/logic-pro.html — they DO read those forms!
lewisinkpress
Giving this question a bump to ask -- how do you all deal with saving delay settings so that for each project you don't have to re-enter them?
David Nahmani
Giving this question a bump to ask -- how do you all deal with saving delay settings so that for each project you don't have to re-enter them? What Logic calls "Track inspector" is actually an object inspector, so that delay parameter is saved with the object that is currently assigned to that track. The object is in the environment window. The easiest way to recall an object (along with all Track inspector settings) is to use the method suggested earlier by Atlas007.
