SH-09 Posted September 16, 2022 Share Posted September 16, 2022 What am I missing? I'm moving from Logic to MainStage for live performance, using the '8 Backing Tracks' template. My setup is straightforward: in Logic when I click Start or press Space my System-8 starts playing a sequence, so I know that the Mac, USB link are good and the System-8 is set up correctly. I want the same to happen in MainStage. When I click Play it should start the System-8 sequence. I've added a Channel Strip and in the Screen Control Inspector: MIDI Port is set to System-8, Channel is 1-16, Type is Press/Release, Number is Start, Send Value to is System-8. What have I missed?
