edurbrow
I've never run across this before. All but the last note in this region can be dragged up a whole step. I can't find a workaround. I tried fine pitch but that didn't do it. Weird, huh?
Atlas007
Have you tried to split it (the square) between 8.6 and 8.7? (likely closer to 8.6 than 8.7)
Solution edurbrow Posted January 23 Author Solution Share Posted January 23 Yes, I tried that. I think. I just re-recorded the section. But what a weird thing! Never happened to me before. Much more often I get pitches that have breaks in the bars or no bars.
David Nahmani
Unfortunately sometimes Flex Pitch analysis doesn't work properly for some unkown reason, and indeed the trick seems to be to re-record the audio into a new file. In some cases I've experienced, converting an audio file to a new audio file wouldn't work, I had to set the output of a track to a bus and re-record that bus onto a new track in real time, and then the Flex Pitch analysis would work on the newly recorded audio file.
