David T
Here are the presets for Spectrasonics Stylus RMX. Only the SUITES are selected in Groove Menu MIDI Mode. So you select the preset and then audition the various Elements in that SUITE using a MIDI keyboard. The Host Sync is activated by default and Trigger Mode is set to IMMEDIATE. You may need to press the note that corresponds to the fist Element as it will always play by default. This also happens when in loop mode. So the idea is use these presets to audition and find the grooves that work quickly. You can then setup Stylus to suite your workflow. The Multi's require that you press play. When selecting another MULTI preset you need to press play twice once it's loaded. Get it here; http://bit.ly/Q46Oba

kibu
Place the preset folder to User/username/Library/Audio/Presets folder. Then open Logic, you'll see all the presets at the library tab of the media browser. In case you misunderstood something, these files are meant to put inside logic pro so that one can browse 3rd party preset through Logic Pro's native browser. Atlas007
I wonder if it would be worthwhile to rename the thread to "3rd Party Plugin... for Logic", instead of "3rd Party Plugin... for Logic 8"? jdoo
Is this still the only solution to converting to aupreset? Also how are you guys assigning a shorcut key to the "save setting as" command in the plug-in gui? I have yet to find the command to assign a shortcut key to.. Annnd one more question, right now I'm converting soundpacks in Kore to aupreset.. I load a sound.. double click the title to copy/paste in the save setting as window.. is there a quicker manual method? Thanks. Dave Apologies for resurrecting a question from a while ago. However - I have been unable to find an answer to the first question. Is it possible to assign a keyboard shortcut to the "Save Setting As..." menu item in the plug-in window? It would be a tremendous time-saver for me, as it is a PITA to click/hold to get the drop-down to pull up the dialogue window. Thanks..
