why is MIDI scripter dropping events after 20x loops in MainStage 3

thought maybe anyone could help me out with this question I've had problems with for a while. original post stackoverflow.com

basically I have a drummer plugin that plays a whole bunch of drum riffs and works perfectly, until about the 20th loop then some of the notes don't sound. they still come up in the log as being sent but you can't hear them. I think it starts to drop more off with each loop.

I can't recreate the problem in logic by skipping to beat 640 😞 so the only way is to let it play out haha, what a crappy bug to fix

😄 i'll try in a new project and let you know.. it seems fine if you move the locator to that position.. maybe it has to actually play that many notes to block the pipes with garbage
